Sarah Bloom is an assistant professor of English at the University of Arkansas at Monticello. She and her partner have a small farm on which they raise goats, bees, chickens, and other assorted livestock. Her work has been published in Phoebe, So to Speak, and DarkSky magazine.

Marie Bortolotto received her B.F.A. from the Nova Scotia College of Art & Design in Halifax. For many years she traveled the globe in pursuit of adventure and inspiration found in nature. Currently she resides in Vancouver, BC where she creates sculpture and writes poetry.

Kathleen Dale's chapbook, Ties that Bind, was published in 2006 by Finishing Line Press. Her poems have been published or are forthcoming in many periodicals, most recently Main Street Rag, Evansville Review, Rattle, Beloit Poetry Journal, Wisconsin Academy Review, The Lyric, and Free Verse, which recently nominated one of her poems for a Pushcart.
She is currently a poetry editor of the new online magazine Trillium Literary Journal.

Alice George lives in Evanston, Illinois, and teaches as a visiting poet in area schools and libraries. When she's lucky, she's out in her garden, or swimming in Lake Michigan. Alice was awarded an Illinois Arts Council Fellowship for Poetry in 2005. Her first collection, This Must Be The Place, was published by Mayapple Press in 2008.

Cindy Bousquet Harris is a licensed marriage and family therapist. But when it comes to writing, her first love is poetry. She lives in southern California with her husband, two sons, and three dogs. She enjoys logic and teddy bears.

Missy Kizer lives in the mountains of Colorado. Twenty-six years she spent teaching writing and literature to high school students. Now retired from teaching, she writes because she loves to play with words and needs to finally do that which she spent years instructing. A believer in the journey of life, she uses writing to express feelings that sometimes hide from the spoken word but need desperately to be expressed. She walks for exercise, reads for enjoyment, and meditates for energy.
